New Sinus Kit – Drill Solution
Crestal sinus lift with stop drills matched one-to-one to bone height. The round tip and built-in stopper keep drilling safe near the membrane, and sinus lift can be completed by drilling and implantation alone.
Crestal sinus lift
The crestal approach lifts the sinus membrane vertically from the alveolar crest: minimally invasive, less bleeding and pain, faster recovery, and the implant can be placed at the same time. It is generally indicated with about 4 mm or more of residual bone; the lateral window approach is used for less.
Sinus Lift Drill
- Sizes Ø2.8, Ø3.2, Ø3.6, Ø4.1 with built-in stoppers: no stopper replacement needed
- Half-round tip minimizes membrane risk
- Flute and chip pocket move bone chips upward to help lift the membrane
Drill protocol
For sinus heights under 3 mm, lifting can be done with drills alone: initial drill, expansion drill, gradual increase in diameter and depth, approach to the sinus floor, confirm the opening with the depth gauge, lift a further 1–3 mm, then place the implant.
Free-hand hydraulic elevation
Saline-based elevation without extra fixation tools. Air bubbles and saline level in the tube make membrane perforation easy to check. The Water Membrane Lifter (Ø2.8/3.2 yellow, Ø3.6/4.1 green) is chosen by drill diameter; the dummy seals adjacent sites when placing two or more implants.
Membrane detach instrument (both kits)
Designed to gently separate the sinus membrane, with a curved tip for precise detachment up to 2.7 mm on one side.
