WhiteCap Dental Solutions Return Policy:

 At WhiteCap Dental Solutions, our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to assist you with your return.  

 For Exchange or Credit (All Items are non-refundable)

 Return the item(s) via the shipment method of your choice using the following steps:

 

  1. Find Purchase Order number and Purchase Date.

  2. Contact WhiteCap Dental Solutions by calling (435)-503-9079

  3. Mail items to*:  450 W 910 S. Ste 300 Heber City, UT 84032

 *Note, we recommend using a carrier that will provide a tracking number for the shipment

 Once WhiteCap Dental Solutions has received your item(s) a credit voucher will be issued to your account for future purchases.  You will receive confirmation via e-mail.

 Incorrect, Defective or Damaged in shipping:

 If you receive an item(s) that is incorrect, defective or was damaged in shipping, you will receive a credit.  Follow the same procedures above to return the item(s) to receive your credit.

 Non-Returnable Items:

 Any opened items, or items damaged through customer use or abuse. Any packages that have been written on will not be accepted.

 WhiteCap Dental Solutions Discretion:

WhiteCap Dental Solutions reserves the right to deny any return.

 Delivery Policy:
