Shipping Policy

Free Ground shipping on orders of $200 or more

  • Orders with a qualifying order total of $200 or more ship free by Ground within the contiguous United States.
  • The free shipping offer applies to the Ground service. Other services are charged at the rate shown at checkout.
  • Regional exclusions: The $200 free Ground shipping offer does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or international destinations. Shipping charges for these destinations are calculated and shown at checkout.

Shipping costs

  • For orders under $200, and for any service other than Ground, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight and service you choose. You see the full shipping cost before you place your order.

Processing and handling time

  • Orders placed by 2:30 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 2:30 PM PT, on weekends or on holidays ship the next business day.
  • Our order processing hours are 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM PT, Monday through Friday.
  • If an item is on back order, we will notify you by email within 24 hours of your purchase.

Carriers and services

  • USPS Priority Mail; UPS Ground, 2-Day and Overnight.

Return Policy

At WhiteCap Dental Solutions, our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below.

30-day returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
  • Items must be unused, unopened and in sellable condition.
  • No restocking fee for items that meet these conditions.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping. A prepaid return label is not provided.

How to return an item

  1. Have your order number and purchase date ready.
  2. Call WhiteCap Dental Solutions at (714) 880-4141.
  3. Mail the item(s) to: WhiteCap Dental Solutions, 1932 E. Deere Ave, Suite 100, Santa Ana, CA 92705. We recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive the returned item(s) and confirm they meet the conditions above. You will receive confirmation by email.

Items that cannot be refunded

  • Items that have been in the customer’s possession for more than 30 days.
  • Items that have been opened or used, partially or fully.
  • Items that have been customized or altered in any way.
  • Packages that have been written on.

Incorrect, defective or damaged in shipping

If you receive an item that is incorrect, defective or damaged in shipping, call us at (714) 880-4141 and follow the same steps above to return it. You will receive a credit.

WhiteCap Dental Solutions reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet this policy.

Promotions and Coupon Terms
