New Sinus Kit – Osteotome Solution
Osteotome and drill kit in one: four Wave ST osteotomes fracture the residual bone with about two-thirds less force than conventional osteotomes, and length-specific stoppers give accurate depth control.
Crestal sinus lift
The crestal approach lifts the sinus membrane vertically from the alveolar crest: minimally invasive, less bleeding and pain, faster recovery, and the implant can be placed at the same time. It is generally indicated with about 4 mm or more of residual bone; the lateral window approach is used for less.
Integrated osteotome & drill kit
Includes 4 Wave ST osteotomes (Ø2.7 / 3.1 / 3.5 / 4.0), so no separate osteotome purchase is needed.
Stoppers for depth control
Stopper depths are color-coded and laser-marked. For a 5 mm elevation, a 5 mm stopper allows a safe, controlled fracture.
Wave ST osteotome
Needs about two-thirds less force than conventional osteotomes, and the wave tip stabilizes the fractured bone for safe membrane elevation, reducing patient discomfort.
Osteotome protocol
Initial drilling and expansion, residual bone fracture with the osteotome and stopper, re-check fracture and patency with the depth gauge, bone graft or PRF, then implant placement. Hydraulic lift can be added as needed.
Free-hand hydraulic elevation
Saline-based elevation without extra fixation tools. Air bubbles and saline level in the tube make membrane perforation easy to check. The Water Membrane Lifter (Ø2.8/3.2 yellow, Ø3.6/4.1 green) is chosen by drill diameter; the dummy seals adjacent sites when placing two or more implants.
Membrane detach instrument (both kits)
Designed to gently separate the sinus membrane, with a curved tip for precise detachment up to 2.7 mm on one side.
